The restaurant is situated on the ground floor of Can Ceret rural house, where the stables and barns were once situated in the farmhouse. The whole building has undergone a complete renovation, preserving the original structure of the house along with its stonewalls, door bolts and Catalan vaults, and thus giving the effect of taking us to the origins of this construction - to the year 1723.

 

There is a large inside dining room and an outside summer eating area, where a peaceful ambience and excellent cooking can be savoured.

 

Our gastronomy uses products from the local region to produce the typical traditional dishes combined with a touch of innovation and creativity, but without being extravagant. All dishes feature healthy and wholesome cooking, with nothing too complicated. The homemade cuisine is prepared with local market products and raw ingredients purchased from small and regional producers. The cold meats and sausages come from butchers in the nearby towns, while local vegetable gardens provide a range of fresh seasonal produce.

 

The menu also features fresh fish, lightly cooked so as to preserve full flavour, cannelloni, wild mushroom croquettes or foie gras mi-cuit, all of which are prepared on our premises.
